Retirement & Profit Sharing
GreenPath employees can start contributing to a 403(b) retirement plan right away! After one year of employment, GreenPath will begin contributing an equivalent of 5% of your earnings on your behalf.
Paid Time Off
All full-time employees receive 19 paid days off during the first year of employment, in addition to 10 company-paid holidays per year.
We are a qualified employer under the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. You may be eligible for federal student loans forgiveness.

Our team members may voluntarily donate some of their accrued PTO to a PTO bank that other employees may request in crisis situations.

GreenPath offers a match of up to $300 of employee contributions to their Health Savings Accounts.
